Project Highlights
This Circa 1800’s home in the Millbrook, NY area was completely restored by the WolfBrook Construction Management team in 2011. The exterior walls of this home were removed to allow for spray foam insulation application from the exterior for a high R-Value rating. All of the original moldings were reproduced in cedar and mahogany as were all of the home’s trim.
The windows in the main section of the house were replaced with Pella Architect Series windows, and the original moldings and trim were restored back to their original quality.
The original Yankee gutters were replaced with half round copper gutters and downspouts, and a standing seam copper roof was added where shallow pitches existed.
